Need to cancel or reschedule?

Every guest matters, and I know that schedules can change. I want to give your service the time and attention it deserves.  If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I request you do so no later than 2 days before your appointment. This allows another guest the opportunity to schedule that appointment time.

Cancellations with less than 2 days notice will result in a 100% charge for the amount of the original service.

When rescheduling, a credit card will be required to reserve your appointment. Your credit card will be charged 100% of the service price for future missed appointments.

Running Late?

I get it, life is hectic, and time isn’t always on our side.                                                              

If you know you’re running behind, send a text 419-775-6498 and let me know. If it is more than 10 minutes, I may ask for you to reschedule if I am unable to complete your service within the smaller timeframe.

My goal is to provide great service in a calm atmosphere. Please understand I will not inconvenience other salon guests by working over the allotted time set aside for your appointment.
